This is how I would describe a migraine, although that bright light should be more piercing and the edges should be more hazy. I don't get them frequently, but when I do, it's just a couple of hours of my life that I will never get back. Plus the next day, I feel completely wiped out. This one was especially crazy because after it left, I had a bad headache for two days to follow. Bleh.
